Campaign Overview & Schedule
- Campaign Period: December 15, 2025 – January 15, 2026 (23:59 GMT+8)
- This campaign is held on Instagram but is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Eligibility & Territory
- The country provided by the recipient must exactly match the country claimed in the entry comment. Prizes will not be shipped if there is any mismatch.
- Age Disclaimer: By entering this giveaway, participants confirm they are of legal age (18 or older) in their jurisdiction. The organizer reserves the right to request age verification if deemed necessary, but this is generally not required for prize fulfillment.
- Open to global participation.
Winner Selection and Prizes
- Prize Draw: Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of all eligible participants who submitted comments on the campaign posts.
- Entry Limit: Participants may comment multiple times using a single account. Each unique comment submitted will count as one separate entry in the prize draw. *Clarification on Unique Comments: To ensure a fair environment for all participants, each unique comment is defined as one (1) entry per specific event post per account. Repeatedly posting the same or similar content on the same post will be filtered and counted as a single entry.
- Announcement: Winners will be announced on Palit's social media channels by January 30th, 2026.
- Notification: Winners will be notified directly by a reply under their winning comment. Winners must reply to the notification and contact Palit within 72 hours of the initial notification.
- Forfeiture: If a winner fails to respond after the organizer has attempted contact twice, the prize will be forfeited without further notification. The forfeited prize will not be re-awarded.
- Prize Details:

- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The graphics card as giveaway prize is provided with NO WARRANTY.
- Due to STEAM's country regulations, if the winner's STEAM account cannot redeem the game code, the prize will be forfeited without compensation. PALIT is not responsible for issues that prevent the winner from claiming the prize through their STEAM account.
- Incomplete or incorrect information (especially country and address) will result in forfeiture of the prize. PALIT is not liable for unclaimed prizes.
- Palit is not responsible for any damage or loss of prizes during shipment.
Rights and Usage
- Content Rights: By submitting an entry, participants grant PALIT unconditional, royalty-free rights to use their comments, Instagram names, and country information in any and all marketing activities related to this campaign. PALIT may reproduce, publish, and modify the submissions without further compensation.
- PALIT reserves the right to review and disqualify any participation or winning entries suspected of being fraudulent, manipulated, or in violation of these rules.
- Any fraudulent activities or misuse of third-party information will result in immediate disqualification.
- By participating, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal data (Name, Address, Country, etc.) solely for the purposes of this campaign (winner notification and prize fulfillment).
- Winners authorize PALIT to publicly announce their names/Instagram handles.
Modification and Cancellation
- PALIT reserves the right to modify the campaign rules, dates, or mechanics at any time without prior notice.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, PALIT may cancel, terminate, or suspend the campaign.
Acceptance of Terms & Notification
- Acceptance: Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) or email (contest@palit.biz). If there is no response after three attempts within the specified response deadline, the winner's spot will be forfeited.
- PALIT is not liable for incorrect information or failure to update contact details by the participants.
